Digital Watercolour of Red Tulips and Windmills - painted for my sister
I was working on this painting to give to my sister Marie for our birthday last week. Yes, I did say our. We share a birthday with our brother Alan and we are all 5 years apart. In other words when I was five, Alan was ten and Marie was fifteen. Coming from a large family is strange in many ways. It took me awhile as a kid to figure out that not everybody had siblings sharing their birthdays. Luckily for me, I thought this was a 'good thing.' (Note: for those interested, there were 14 children in my family, 7 of each - I am the 10th child.)
This painting has a note card view in the Note card Gallery.
