Digital Watercolour of blueberries in progress
Work in Progress today is a digital watercolour of blueberries on the branch. I seem to be stuck on blue and green lately, and nothing says summer to me more than blueberries do! So many memories involve berry picking expeditions in my childhood. Check in the Work in Progress Gallery for July 6 2009 for the first view.
I am using both the digital watercolour brushes and the watercolour brushes and a wet airbrush or two. I'm trying to make it look as much like a traditional watercolour as possible because I happen to love the look of watercolours. It suits the mood and the detail I want to get across.
I'll be adding more tomorrow as the painting progresses.
