I've been trying to make some quick video's to demonstrate some new techniques and brushes for you. It will take a lot of practice to get comfortable doing it. But, I have to start somewhere. Have a look. The brushes are very wet looking!
Videos are approximately 5 minutes each and can be viewed on Screencast. Just click on the links below. When finished, hit your back button to return to this website. Let me know what you think!

Tim Moore said: Hi Joan, really nice video's!..i too have been working with color Var but leafy tree's!..will try your method,it looks fun. i was surprised to see the angle squeeze would work on both sides of the tree. i was thinking you would only be able to do one side at a time , then switch the squeeze angle..and yes it is so much fun playing with them..might have to take that brush making class too!..i follow your blog here all the time..ttyl

Hey Joan,
The videos are terrific and I love what you are doing with the basic Digital Sq Pool Blender. I thank you for giving me some of the credit, but when changing brushes, espcially as much as you do, the brush is now yours completely. Change its name and publish it for others. I would never have thought to use Color variarbility gradient and I love the additional squeeze. Very cool...you are becoming a Master with brushes.
Well done my friend,
