Art Description

I started this as another tutorial on trees and something cool happened and I had to keep going. Had some nice mist in there, but my husband said I had too much, so some more colour was added to the misty area. I kept thinking of the song, "Morning has broken....Blackbird has spoken..." That's why it has a kind of weird name and a rather miffed looking blackbird flying off. I like painting a bird that would belong in the environment I am painting. It seems to make it more complete to me. It does change the focal point at the end of the painting though (which is usually when I think of adding them!)
